Aufgaben
As an Intern in the IIE team, you will play a key role in advancing the field of Impact-Linked Finance in Germany. You will contribute to developing a knowledge platform and support the creation of an AI-driven assessment tool that helps entrepreneurs prepare for ILF transactions. Your tasks will include:
• Supporting the development of a knowledge platform with resources and training on impact management and ILF readiness
• Conducting research and assisting in creating knowledge products on Impact-Linked Finance
• Contributing to the design and testing of a no-code, AI-based ILF readiness tool
• Assisting with program management, monitoring, evaluation, and event support
Qualifikation
• You are pursuing a master’s degree or are in the final years of a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business, project management or similar
• You are looking for a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) linked to your study programme for at least one semester (5+ months)
• You are excited about Impact-Linked Finance, impact entrepreneurship and impact investing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• You have strong analytical skills, are a proactive problem-solver and able to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Curiosity, drive, and confidence in working in a diverse, largely remote context and team
• Excellent user of Excel
